Intellectual Property: Bravion ensures that our Generative AI tools do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

Liability: Bravion will, to the maximum extent required by law or contract, take reasonable responsibility for any harm caused by the legitimate use of our Generative AI tools, maintaining insurance coverage to protect against potential legal claims.

Bravion Confidential Information

Bravion’s confidential data includes sensitive and proprietary information that, if disclosed or accessed by unauthorized individuals, could harm the company's competitive advantage, reputation, financial stability, or legal standing. This includes trade secrets, financial information, customer data, R&D data, marketing strategies, NDAs, internal operations information, and partnership and supplier information. Bravion protects this data through security measures such as restricted access controls, encryption, NDAs, employee training, and regular audits.

Client or Partner Confidential Information

Client or partner confidential information includes sensitive data related to clients, partners, or their end users that Bravion collects, stores, or processes. This data includes personal identifiable information (PII), financial information, purchase history, communication records, preferences and behavioral data, health or medical data, social media data, and surveys and feedback. Bravion ensures compliance with applicable data protection regulations like GDPR and CCPA through secure data storage, encryption, access controls, regular audits, and obtaining proper consent for data use.

Bravion will never use data obtained from its clients, partners, or their end users to train any AI models and will ensure that third-party AI technology providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft) also do not use such data for training AI models.
