If you receive a spam message, we urge you to report it immediately. Please provide us with your mobile number, the content of the message, and the time and date it was received. Once a complaint is lodged, Bravion will promptly investigate the reported client, ensuring confidentiality for all parties involved.

Enforcement of Bravion’s Anti-Spam Policy

All clients of Bravion agree to our Terms and Conditions upon registration, which includes A2P registration for approved sender verification from carriers. Bravion monitors all sent messages, tracking the sender and message content. Violations of our Anti-Spam Policy may result in warnings or termination of services. Terminated services may extend to future engagements with Bravion. We adhere to all relevant state and national laws and regulations concerning unsolicited messages and spam.

Opting Out/Unsubscribing/Removing Your Mobile Number

To opt-out or unsubscribe from any Bravion client’s list, simply text “stop” along with the specific keyword you signed up for. To remove your number from all lists associated with Bravion clients, reply “stop all.” If you encounter any abuse, report it by emailing [email protected]. Include your mobile number, the content of the message (if available), and the time and date of receipt. We will ensure your number is removed from the abuser’s list promptly.
